an innovative solution that will address every level of “Intra-Solo-Entre-preneurialism” personal and professional development from “idea to execution” on a global scale regardless of age, education, background, disabilities, race, faith, skill set, or financial resources that have been limitations in the past. This global solution will empower anyone with an idea to excel from exactly where they are right now.

Fundamentally people do not want to feel like they are stuck from advancement in their career, can’t afford to risk it all with their own start up venture, unappreciated in the workforce crippled by fear, societal expectations, stress and failures. We’ve been taught to stay small and dependent by our institutional culture. It’s time to have a global platform teaching people how to fish and give him a good pond to fish in for “net” success. I have a solution!
My goal is to energize workforce transformation and I need your help to make it happen! What if it’s a platform to prepare, train, connect, research, and develop personally and professionally in preparation for career transitions in any kind of entrepreneurial level in a much safer less traumatic way?
The solution in development is a Global Platform Solution for the people, by the people like you and me. What moves my heart to tears is this solution will empower no-low-middle income folks stuck in limbo who are genuinely trying to change, it will empower Military Vets, will empower thise who really want to change out of survival scarcity thinking mode, will empower people depending on Government funding, if you really want change this idea will propel all of us to THRIVE financially and creatively within the new world of work by including people of all ages, backgrounds, skill levels and who are lacking critical resources, individually yes we lack many skills it takes, but collectively as a whole virtual network ready to collaborate as one, we can to make it happen. This will include not only our current workforce, but also any age can do the impossible as YouTube shows us daily from Kids barely old enough to dress themselves proving to be incredible innovators, people with others suffering from severe disabilities outcasted, who find it hard to find “traditional “work are literally holding untapped genius solutions inside of them solving issues they face daily that “traditional” people are clueless about, Retiree’s and Mature in age who have incredible awesome IDEAS to contribute but just too old for the status quo yet healthier, wiser and a gold mine of experience to offer!

What if we could give back through Philanthropy at its finest by bringing this technology to help third world villages/countries create income for themselves with access to the internet from one computer in a library.
We all deserve the chance to thrive. ANYONE with an innovative idea, JUST ONE IDEA, will benefit from the solution I am proposing.
